Game Cancellation Procedure

New West home coach contacts opponent coach by 3:00PM to cancel or reschedule the game.

Contact UIC at 604.512.9543 no later than 5 PM to cancel the umpire.

Contact Mark Rennie to help reschedule the game to another field.
-
Reschedule the game with the other coach.
-
Contact UIC to reschedule an umpire.
-
After the game, report the score, if required.
Coaching Vacancies
There are a few coaching vacancies. If you

Coaching Certificate for Squirt or higher
Hey
Coach! Did you know that all coach's for the Squirt
division and all higher divisions must be certified
before they can take a team to the Provincials? To
obtain the required certification, visit the
Softball BC website, and then register for one
of the coaching clinics. We recommend that all House
coaches attend the On-Going Participation Clinic. To
be reimbursed for the clinic fee, give your receipt
to the NWMSA President, Brian Joe.
Sliding Mat
The sliding mat is
available to be shared among teams. Contact your
division manager to arrange to use the sliding mat.
Criminal Record Search
All
coaches must obtain a criminal record search. Forms
are available from NWMSA. All completed criminal
record search forms must be returned to NWMSA by
March 30, 2010.
