REGISTRAR'S MESSAGE
January 2021

To the NWMSA members:

On behalf of New West Minor Softball, I would like to start off by first giving a huge THANK YOU to all of you who have stuck with us during the many bumps in the road due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It has been an interesting year and we appreciate your support throughout the recent months. Knowing that you’re just as eager to get back on the field as we are gives us the extra push to get everything going again quickly, and most importantly safely, once the weather warms up!

It was a pleasure working with our members and getting to know all the new faces that came out to our fall ball sessions, and of course we look forward to getting back on the field with you! Another big thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make it happen – we could not have done it without you!

Moving forward…. some exciting news! NWMSA is back for the 2021 season! It’s been a long wait, we know, but we’re looking forward to rolling into a new season (although it may look a little different) with the Royals family. With the proper safety protocols in place, we are prepared for any curveballs that 2021 may throw at us!

Our season is expected to run from March through late June, with additional tournaments throughout the summer months. Although the exact scheduling is uncertain at this time, we are hopeful to be given the green light to go ahead for our regular timing. Fingers crossed!
